Refunds

You must provide the original order number and explain the reason for the refund request.

Refund requests will not be accepted after 1 days from the purchase date.

Subscriptions are non-refundable.

We will not issue refunds for the following reasons:

• The user is not satisfied with the characteristics of the service.

Returns

If you need to return a product, please contact our support department through our email ventas@valisecurity.com to receive detailed instructions on the return process.

All returns must be sent to the address that will be provided to you by email. We will not accept returns sent to any other address or means.

All products must be returned in their original, unopened condition in order to receive a refund.

Products must be returned within 5 days from the delivery date.

We do not accept returns for subscriptions or for the following reasons:

• The product box is damaged or scratched.
• The product was hit or broken.
• Wrong product.
